We're based in Radford, not Riner, but that doesn't stop us from covering it as part of our regular service area.
Serving Riner Since 2013
Since 2013, New River Pest Control LLC has stayed small on purpose. It's Aaron and Zosha, not a rotating cast of subcontractors, which means the person at your door understands the chemistry and biology behind the treatment, not just the checklist.
For folks out in Riner, that matters even more. You're not getting bumped to whoever's "in the area" that week, you're getting a company that treats your corner of the county the same as anywhere else we serve.
What We See Around Here
Across this whole region, the property itself usually explains more than its location does. A short list of the conditions we run into again and again:
Lots of flowering vegetation pulls in aphids, and aphids bring a noticeable jump in ant activity with them. Thick landscaping or a lot nestled against the woods tends to mean more spiders around the house. Exterior lights running all night attract small flying insects, and the spiders come looking for that easy meal not long after.
None of that is specific to Riner, it plays out the same way across the whole New River Valley. It's just what we're looking at when we assess a property, rather than reacting only to what's crawling where you can see it.

“Aaron does a great job! He helped me identify the root cause of the ant problem so I could deal with it once and for all. He worked himself out of a customer, no ants at all this summer! Please give him a call.”
“Excellent service, very professional. He explained the service, what he was doing and what he was looking for. So far seems to be effective, signed up for a year service, expect that to extend into the future.”
